About Gina 

In 2011, I established my private practice to provide advisory and coaching services for people and organizations interested in maximizing their potential whether it be greater profits through operational efficiency and teamwork or personal leadership growth and transformation. Areas of my practice include individual and team coaching, career advancement, facilitation, change and transition management. My work is not industry specific.

As both an executive and a coach, I have built or rebuilt seven teams and have established strong and successful organizations by developing cultures of leadership, communication and teamwork. 

I have deep and broad experience in growing and operating successful companies with over 25 years experience in implementing and executing on strategic initiatives to create financial results.

Start-up. Oversaw complete re-organization and re-positioning and ongoing operations; P&L responsibility; integration oversight; acquired for $435MM.

Mid-stage start-up. P&L responsibility; restructured the organization structure and operations resulting in profitability.

Start-up. Provided executive coaching; expanded team and operations for growth.

GM, Riata, a Bluestar company

Start-up. Multi-family development. P&L responsibility; established and led operations for new unique 100 acre, $200MM project.
